More Hagetaka links
Still obsessed with Hagetaka and have found a few links to reviews with nice pictures:
Review for episodes 1-2 with several pictures from the drama.
Review with a brief clip of a scene from episode 1 featuring Matsuda Ryuhei, who plays the son of a debt-ridden business owner who falls prey to Washizu's team of "vultures". This review plus a comment on the FFA J-drama discussion reminded me that I forgot to mention the hotness of Matsuda as further incentive for people to check out this drama! ^_^ His character is quite interesting, though it would be spoilery to discuss why. Once I'm done with the entire series, perhaps I'll post a detailed recap.
A review on LJ with several pictures that I think are from the first and second episodes. I'd kinda like to comment, but feel a little weird about leaving a message on a years-old post on a total stranger's blog. Especially when I've been talking about shipping characters from the show over here, and don't know if they're into fanfic.
Interestingly enough, Google results also brought up a couple of books on business that briefly reference the Hagetaka drama (Hedge Fund Activism in Japan: The Limits of Shareholder Privacy and Choose and Focus: Japanese Business Strategies for the 21st Century.) Possibly because the drama was critically acclained and won a Prix Italia drama series award.
