Eugenia Cheng: How to Bake Pi

Math was always one of my least favorite subjects, but if I'd had a teacher like Eugenia Cheng, the author of How to Bake Pi, I might have been a better student. I saw her on the Late Show with Stephen Colbert, and I was charmed by her enthusiasm for the subject, not to mention that I would have enjoyed math class a whole lot more if my teachers had used baking delicious goodies to demonstrate the principles of mathematics!
