What I'm watching: The Great British Baking Show Masterclass
No time for a long post today, so a quick mention of what I've been watching on tv lately, which is The Great British Baking Show Masterclass on PBS. (Yes, I know it's actually The Great British Bake Off, but that's what they call it in the US for copyright reasons.) I enjoy baking and cooking, though I'm usually too tired from work to do anything extravagant. But I still love watching shows like this and reading cookbooks, while imagining myself making all these wonderful dishes.
I do plan to make my usual pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and cookies for Christmas, so maybe I'll look for some new recipes to try out for the latter.
I was sad to hear that the Bake Off/Baking Show will not continue, at least in its current incarnation after the show moves off the BBC.
