This is a WIP; I was going to wait until it was finished before I started posting, but I wrote a gift fic for snapelike that is a companion piece to this fic, so I decided to go ahead and post the first chapter so that I could get the gift up. I have a good portion of the second chapter done, and I'll try to finish the fic as soon as possible, although I'm not sure how many chapters it will run. Story is now complete.
