Yuletide nominations coming soon!
Sep. 21st, 2012 07:10 pmHard to believe, but Yuletide is almost upon us! (Which reminds me, guiltily, that there's still a bunch of fic from last Yuletide that I've been meaning to read but never got around to.) Fandom nominations begin on Sep. 24th, and you can find the full Yuletide schedule on this post.
This will be my third Yuletide, and I'm kind of struggling with which fandoms to nominate, since we're only allowed three (along with 4 characters per fandom). I'm going with my usual Haru wo Daiteita, and another Yuletider plans to nominate Suzanne Brockmann's Troubleshooters, Inc. series--I've reviewed her books in some of my slash novel posts, due to the awesomeness of her gay characters Jules and Robin. That suddenly awoke a craving I didn't realize I had for some Troubleshooters fic (Jules/Robin in particular)!
Unfortunately, that will take up 2 of my 3 precious slots. (I still need to nomm Troubleshooters even if the other person does too, in order to cover all the characters that we both want.) Which leaves me agonizing over that final nomination, since there are three more fandoms that I really want to request: the J-drama Aibou, J.D. Robb's In Death series, and Mercedes Lackey's Tales of the Five Hundred Kingdoms. I'll list my ramblings below on the off-chance that someone out there might also be interested in reading/writing these for Yuletide:
